BACH, COASTAL

This hideaway provides shelter and inspiration for a writer. It is nestled on a narrow strip of land between the limestone bluffs and the Tasman Sea and blends into it's surroundings so that you hardly see it until you stumble upon it.

Our brief was to design a DOC hut... with an ensuite. The materials had to withstand the extreme elements on this site as well as be natural and healthy for the owners.
